Wakefield Street Car Show 17

CAR of the day….. Chevrolet 3100 pick up, this patina’d beauty for me of the stance and bodywork just stood out above the crowed.
Where shall we hold a classic car show? Wakefield city centre?!?!

But actually, they pulled it off, due to the event popularity, a larger venue was needed, thousands of people all ages, came and filled the town centre like it was a market day from the 80’s. Brilliant!!
Many car clubs attended with excellent car range from the 1930s models to those from a modern age, including a shelby mustang GT500 aka Eleanor.  Plus, you could have your picture taken with Captain American and his custom motorbike, good clean family fun.

Nice to see Glen from clique 53 got a top 10 prizes for his red beauty 64 beetle. He was beaming.
